Preparação básica – incluída no pacote (30 minutos) Antes da entrevista, realizamos uma reunião breve para: • Conhecer o(s) aplicante(s) e entender o contexto do caso • Explicar como funciona a dinâmica da entrevista no USCIS • Esclarecer dúvidas principais sobre o processo • Alinhar expectativas para o dia da entrevista • Orientar sobre organização de documentos e comportamento na entrevista Essa reunião é breve e focada no alinhamento inicial, garantindo que todos saibam como funcionará a entrevista.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please be aware that cancellation fees may apply in the following cases: 1) $ 10.00 for cancellation requests less than 24 hours before the original appointment date and time. 2) $ 35.00 for cancellation requests less than 12 hours before the original appointment date and time. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed and sent to you within seven days of the cancellation date. However, please note that if services have already been rendered, a refund for the portion that has already been completed may not be possible. We appreciate your prompt communication and understanding in these matters.
