Service Description

𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘, 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗪: 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆: • The couple must present to the notary a valid Florida marriage license obtained from a County Court Judge or Clerk of the Circuit Court. • The marriage license is only valid for 60 days after issuance. Thus, the ceremony must be performed before these 60 days expire. 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱, I am required to return the Marriage Record to the official who issued it within 10 days after the ceremony. Most Clerk's Offices provide written instructions and a self-addressed envelope to accommodate this task. If you want me to do that, please bring a self-addressed envelope on the wedding day. After the Marriage Record is recorded, the Clerk's Office will mail a certified copy to the couple. 𝗔 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗲 can be scheduled before the wedding date. If that is the case, please schedule a 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 on the "Schedule Online" page option "Wedding Meeting." If there is no need for a preliminary meeting, please schedule your wedding ceremony's date, time, and venue now. Price for 1 language: $150.00 ($35.00 = reservation fee - "Save the Date" Zoom meeting) Price for extra language: $75.00 Travel fee: $30.00 per hour traveled/$0.50 per minute traveled 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 - The reservation fee will not be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Please be aware that cancellation fees may apply, with a minimum fee of $35.00. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed and sent to you within seven days of the cancellation date. However, please note that if services have already been rendered, a refund for the portion that has already been completed may not be possible. We appreciate your prompt communication and understanding in these matters.
