To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Please be aware that cancellation fees may apply, with a minimum fee of $35.00. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed and sent to you within seven days of the cancellation date. However, please note that if services have already been rendered, a refund for the portion that has already been completed may not be possible. We appreciate your prompt communication and understanding in these matters.
